From Greasy Dungeon Bat to Magical Fabio: The Fanon Transformation of Severus Snape

This lecture will discuss how fan fiction, specifically through the internet, changed the mythology of Severus Snape.
Christina Wagoner is a junior at Texas Woman's University who is double majoring in History and English. She presented at Portus on the stigma of the Hogwarts Houses. Before Harry Potter, she never read. The series changed her life, and now she wants to give back to the community by becoming a Potter Scholar, and analyzing the texts that changed her life.
