What kinds of Universal Theme Park tickets is Infinitus selling?
We are selling after-2
PM tickets, as well as single-day and multi-day tickets; you can purchase an unlimited
number of these tickets for friends and family. We are also selling tickets to our
exclusive Night of a Thousand Wizards on July 16 after park close and each Infinitus
registrant can purchase one ticket to Night of a Thousand Wizards for $100 through
April 30 and $110 thereafter; a standard ticket to Night of a Thousand Wizards comes
with an after- 2 p.m. pass to Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure but you can
upgrade it to a single-day or multi-day one- or two-parks-per-day ticket.
UPDATE: 6/16/10
We are nearing a sellout for Night of a Thousand Wizards, and so we don't inadvertently
oversell, as of 3 p.m. Pacific time today we will be closing all but the NoaTW base
ticket (the one that gets you into IoA and the WWoHP after 2 pm on July 16) although
we will keep selling Park tickets without the NoaTW option.
We hope more NoaTW tickets
will come available when we go through the ticket purchase and see if anyone mistakenly
purchased two or more tickets so it is likely five to ten more tickets will be available
next week, but we cannot guarantee it.

We have been authorized to increase the number of tickets to NoaTW from 1,500 to 1,650. Tickets are selling fast so purchase yours today!
UPDATE: 5/19/10
As of the morning of Sunday, May 23, we are no longer going to sell the two-day two-park-plus-Night
of a Thousand Wizards tickets; we will continue to sell all the other currently listed
NoaTW and Park ticket options until they are sold out. NoaTW is almost two thirds
sold out as of today.
If you wish to upgrade your ticket by adding more days, you
may contact the Registration Team through June 10, 2010; please note that there will
be a small processing fee as explained below.

Can I buy tickets directly from Universal, or from a company like AAA?
You cannot
purchase the after-two or Night of a Thousand Wizards from anyone other than Infinitus,
and you can only purchase that ticket via our online ordering system. You can purchase
the single-day and multiday tickets, or Annual Passes, directly from Universal, or
from companies like AAA, but the prices will be higher.
Can I purchase tickets on-site at Infinitus?
We can only sell the tickets that are bundled with park tickets in advance. If we have any remaining tickets to Night of a Thousand Wizards, they will be available at Registration's Add-On Desk on Thursday and Friday.
How can I add tickets to my registration?
If you're already registered for Infinitus,
you can add tickets to the Parks or a ticket to Night of a Thousand Wizards by clicking
on Register above, or click here, then enter your name and confirmation number; on
the next page, select modify.

I already have an annual or seasonal pass;
is there a discount on the Night of a Thousand Wizards ticket?
Unfortunately, we cannot
discount the Night of a Thousand Wizards tickets; all our staff, Board Members and
volunteers have to pay the full price for those tickets, too.
What is included with
the Night of a Thousand Wizards ticket?
Admission to Islands of Adventure after 2
p.m. on July 16, through the end of the event in the wee hours of July 17; exclusive
access to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter after the park has closed; coffee and
tea; and other things (including food and exclusive experiences) that we will soon
reveal. We are so sorry for the delay in announcing the details, but we need to make
sure everything is 100% set.
What if it rains on July 16?
Night of a Thousand Wizards
will take place on July 16 regardless of weather. You can purchase ponchos at the
hotel and the Parks.
When can I pick up my tickets?
If you arrive between Saturday,
July 10 and Tuesday, July 13 and are staying at any of the three Universal Orlando
Resort Hotels - the Royal Pacific, Portofino Bay or Hard Rock Hotel - your tickets
will be waiting at your hotel desk. Please contact registration@infinitus2010.org
before June 30, 2010 to make arrangements; please put "Early Ticket Pick-Up" in the
subject and include in the email the name of your Universal Orlando Resort hotel.
If
you wish to pick up your tickets after noon on Tuesday, July 13, your tickets will
be part of your Infinitus Registration Package; please check the website to see where
Registration will be on the specific day of your arrival.
Your tickets will be in your registration packet; the registration hours and location will be listed on the website in June. You must pick up tickets that include Night of a Thousand Wizards before 8:00 PM on Friday, July 16, or we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get into the event.
Can I buy tickets for family and friends?
You can purchase additional Base and Park-to-Park
tickets for family and friends; each ticket can be used by only one individual. Each
Infinitus registrant can only purchase one ticket to Night of a Thousand Wizards.
If I'm not able to attend, am I able to get a refund?
Park and Night of a Thousand Wizards tickets are all non-refundable, non-transferable once used, and must be used by the same person on all days.
Are there a limited number of tickets available?
Because of capacity issues inside the WWoHP, we can only sell 1500 1,650 tickets to Night of a Thousand Wizards.
I am under 18 - can I attend Night of a Thousand Wizards?
Infinitus asks that kids
under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult who is over the age of 18 during Night
of a Thousand Wizards; said adult must have his or her own ticket to NoaTW.

Night of a Thousand Wizards Ticket
· The Night of a Thousand Wizards (NoaTW) Ticket entitles one (1) guest
admission
to Islands of Adventure after 2:00 PM on Friday, July 16,
2010 and admission to NoaTW
which will begin when Islands of Adventure
closes that night.
$100 for adults and children through April 30 May 2, 2010; $110 for adults and children thereafter
NOTE: If you purchase a ticket to NoaTW that is bundled with a single or multi-day

admission, you do not need to purchase NoaTW admission separately
After-2 P.M. Base Ticket
· The After-2 p.m. Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) UOR theme park on any one (1) calendar day after two o'clock in the afternoon. $50 for adult or child admission
1-Day Base Ticket
· The 1-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) UOR theme park on any one (1) calendar day. $68 for adult admission $60 for child admission
2-Day Base Ticket
· The 2-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) UOR theme park per day. Ticket is valid for any two (2) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $92 for adult admission $83 for child admission
1-Day Base + Park to Park Access Ticket
· The 1-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH UOR theme parks on any one (1) calendar day. $92 for adult or child admission
2-Day Base + Park to Park Access Ticket
· The 2-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH UOR theme parks on the same day for the duration of the base ticket. Ticket is valid for any two (2) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $103 for adult admission $92 for child admission
4-Day Base + Park to Park Access Ticket
· The 4-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH UOR theme parks on the same day for the duration of the base ticket. Ticket is valid for any four (4) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $115 for adult admission $100 for child admission
7-Day Base + Park to Park Access Ticket
· The 7-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH UOR theme parks on the same day for the duration of the base ticket. Ticket is valid for any seven (7) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $136 for adult admission $115 for child admission
1-Day Base Ticket + Night of a Thousand Wizards
· The 1-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) UOR theme park on July 16, 2010 and admission to Night of a Thousand Wizards. $125 for adult admission $110 for child admission
2-Day Base Ticket + Night of a Thousand Wizards
· The 2-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) UOR theme park per day and admission to Night of a Thousand Wizards. Ticket is valid for any two (2) calendar days, one of which must be July 16, 2010, during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $158 for adult admission $155 for child admission

Ticket is valid for any four (4) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period, where one day must be July 16, 2010, and which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $170 for adult admission $165 for child admission
7-Day Base + Park to Park Access Ticket + Night of a Thousand Wizards
· The 7-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH UOR theme parks on the same day for the duration of the base ticket. Ticket is valid for any seven (7) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period where one day must be July 16, 2010, and which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® ("CityWalk") which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. $190 for adult admission $175 for child admission
The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by
the same person on all days. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions,
or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events;
change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and
without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando ® Resort ("Universal"). The
above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events
at either of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, except
that Night of a Thousand Wizards is included with ticket purchases that specifically
include said event. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission.
Does not include admission to AMC Universal Cineplex 20 or the Blue Man Group Show.

Parking is not included and there are no discounts on food or merchandise. Valid
Photo ID required at Infinitus Registration and at Universal Orlando Park gates.
Children under the age of three do not need a ticket for admission to Universal Orlando
Resorts or Night of a Thousand Wizards. Please contact Registration if you wish to
bring a child between the ages of three and five to Night of a Thousand Wizards.
